Rev. Pierce is the Teaching Elder and Head of Staff at Rolling Hills Church. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Milligan College, Tenn., a Master’s degree in counseling from East Tennessee State University, a Master’s of Arts degree in Christian education from Presbyterian School of Education and a Master’s of Divinity from Union Theological in Richmond VA,. Tom is the Parish Associate whose major responsibility is staffing the Board of Deacons and visitation, a 15 hour/week position. He began his career as a tenor soloist, performing with the Robert Shaw Festival Singers in recordings and concerts in France and at Carnegie Hall. Kelli is the staff accountant. She is responsible for the accounting, record keeping and financial reporting of the church and preschool. Arlys is the Preschool/MDO Director and has held that position since January of 1981. Her job has a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining all licensing requirements, which involves maintaining the building plus the 10 classrooms, planning curriculum with her staff of 24, selecting and training new staff, staying within the budget and submitting payroll for all staff and substitutes each month.
